We may collect information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, volunteer interests, availability, messages, event registrations, and other campaign-related responses.
Donations are processed on Anedot’s secure website. Anedot may collect payment and legally required donor information under its own privacy terms. The campaign may receive donor contact information, contribution details, and compliance records, but this website does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers.
Our website and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers. We may use Google services and WordPress tools to understand site performance and campaign outreach.
We may share information with vendors that help operate the campaign, including Klaviyo for email subscriptions and volunteer records, Anedot for donation processing, Google services for analytics and site administration, and providers for website hosting, security, and technical support. Campaign email signups use double opt-in: you must confirm through the email Klaviyo sends before becoming subscribed. Every marketing email should include an unsubscribe link.
A phone number submitted on the volunteer form is intended for personal volunteer coordination and does not by itself enroll you in automated campaign text messages. Any future SMS program should use separate consent language.
